QUESTION TIME! What do Lazy Exercise Techniques entail? Simply put - Anything your really want and anywhere where it's convenient, at any time of day. Ok, so what exercise gear do I need to spend my hard earned money on? Errr... you dont! Nothing at all.. no equipment, no giant rubber ball that people like to use (???), no running shoes, no dumb-bells.... nothing.
Will these techniques turn me into The Incredible Hulk overnight? Simple and honest answer, NO!... BUT, you will notice a difference in your muscle tone after a few days if the techniques are used regularly. The chances are that you probably won't get anywhere close to looking like The Incredible Hulk - which is a good thing really!
Do I need to set a boring 2 hour daily schedule for this load of nonsense? (You really don't sound keen on this at all !!).... NO!.. Don't worry about having to set time aside. These techniques can be used any time and anywhere - within reason obviously. (There is a time and a place for most things!)
Do I need to clear some space in the lounge to carry out these exercises? NO!... The idea is that you can do these exercises whilst watching telly, waiting for the kettle to boil, whilst walking, sitting on the bus, anywhere and anytime.
